Returns & Refunds

Taco Clout offers a 14 days no hassle refund / exchange on all products that are uninstalled, unopened, and unused in their original packaging.  We do not charge a restocking fee on most items, but the customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item.

This 14 day no hassle refund, exchange, or return, DOES NOT apply to made to order vinyl decal products or custom made grilles. If you have questions, please email us before purchasing.

Customer service is our number one priority, we back up every product we sell so you can buy with confidence.

Measures buyers need to take to return an order:

  1. To initiate a return, email sales@tacoclout.com with your order number and items you'd like to return.
  2. Once we confirm and authorize the return, we will provide detail address of where to send the items back to.
  3. Buyers will need to pack all items included in the order in their original packaging, send the package back to the address provided. And send us email containing shipping tracking number after that.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 days after items returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with 2 days after items returned, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your original payment service provider, which in our case PayPal or Stripe, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
